Dixie Lee Wright is the author of Job Survival and Job Smarts and is a job retention specialist with more than 20 years of experience in career development and marketing. She has developed classes and workshops for special education, state rehabilitation, and nonprofit organizations at both the high school and college levels. As a job coach, she has mediated successful solutions to differences between hundreds of employers and employees.
